Rusovský Penzión

The place is convenient, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The only remark is about one of the waitresses in the restaurant. I don't even know the name and I don't see why I should know it. The lady is extremely unpleasant, unkind and cold. She makes you feel as if she is not serving you but you are serving her. She can be recognized by the fact that she comes to work in a white BMW 1 series. Beware of her radiation, it is very unpleasant.

Pro: 1. Room is enough for 3 peoples 2. Mattress for twin bed are ok 3. Bathroom is clean and big enough 4. Breakfast also acceptable 5. Easy to find from GPS Cons: 1. When we arrived found some insect inside of the room 2. Third mattress is look like a sofa bed a d very hard 3. The pillow a little bit hard 4. Breakfast need to upgrade

We are very excited about this accommodation, the staff and the manager. We stayed two nights around the Easter holidays, we were received properly, we received the exact room booked on booking, we decided to have dinner there and it was perfect (try a local beer and a hot chocolate). I had a small problem in the bathroom, after taking a shower, water came out from under the valve, but I talked to the owner and he solved it immediately (very kind). There is free parking with video surveillance and a large supermarket across the road. The breakfast is ok, probably if we stayed more days it would be repeated, but for us it was ok. I recommend and we will probably return.

Food was good. Service was horrible. One woman was very unfriendly to one of our guys cos he asked for his burger he ordered (he didnt get it at first). When it was time to pay, we got told to wait 5 minutes. My family had to pay for 3 burgers, one chicken dish, 2 aperols and 2 lemonades. 80€. Weird. A little too much no? We checked. It was about 25€ too much. So we talked to her about the mistake. Mistakes happen, nothing too big. But in her eyes it wasnt a mistake and we were just being rude. “Unfriendly unfriendly unfriendly” she said standing in front of us. Hello? We just payed too much? Its a mistake? It would’ve been ok if she just helped us fix it. But she refused. Another woman helped us in the end and gave us the amount back that was payed too much. Check the prices. Check recipes. Never just pay and leave at that place. Very unfriendly.
